Sales & Service Culture
I implemented a sales and service culture, helping WMCU grow in asset size from 160 million to almost 200 million.  Branch Managers were restructured as a “coach first, loan officer second” mentality to encourage other managers to empower their team and grow efficiently. I held monthly coaching meetings to develop our team and keep executive management engaged.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan
In 2020, I brought change to the credit union by implementing “WMC You” to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. We hired Mary Brown to help us lead our team and implement these changes. We dove into our first training platform that not only covered credit union training, but diversity training as well. We overhauled our handbook and policies; Changing gender-specific dress code to one inclusive dress code, moving “he/she” language to “team member”, and a more structured unbiased hiring process.
